Some tuner applications require through holes in the headstock to be widened. No mounting hole fills or finish touch up.

Fret end dressing.

File back fret ends & dress corners. Fingerboards that dry out can shrink & cause sharp ends to be exposed. 

Fret level, crown & polish.

Worn & uneven frets can be filed in many cases if there is enough fret left. Shaping a crown to re establish a center & polishing to a smooth finish. (Add $50 to include a set up, $70 to include a set up with a locking trem.)

Refretting.

$400 -$550

Removal of frets, plane fingerboard & refret. Basic charge $400 plus fret wire cost. (Add $50 for fingerboards with binding.) (Add $100 for stainless steel frets.) (Add $150 for stainless steel frets with binding.)

Individual fret replacement.

Plus wire cost. (Add $15 per fret there after.)

Headstock cracks & breaks.

$75 - $250

Repairs often not invisible. *No finish touch-up.* Attached headstock $75. Unattached headstock $150. Spline reinforced $250. *No finish touch-up*

Block off tremolo.

$30

A wooden block is manufactured & glued in to stabilize a floating tremolo. Allowing the player a zero point. For those who wish to use a D-Tuna or eliminate floating capability.

Resolder loose connections.

A lot of times jacks & potentiometers become loose with excessive use or the contraction of wood they are tightened to. Breaking connections.

Passive pickup installation.

$40 - $60

Out with the original in with the new. Tele bridge pickups require a partial set up. (Add $40.) F-Hole work (Add $25.)

Active pickup system installation.

$60 -$100

Battery powered systems that require all electronics to be replaced along with the pickups. (EMG, Duncan Live Wires, Etc.)

Pickup & Control cavity routing.

$40

Adding additional or modifying existing cavites. (Custom applications by quote.)

Jack replacement.

Mono or stereo.

Potentiometer & Switch replacement.

If contacts cannot be cleaned then they need to be replaced. 500K, 250K pots. 3 or 5 way switches, etc. Push / Pull wiring (Add $10.) Mini switch additions (Add $15.) F-Hole work (Add $25.)

Pickguard replacement

Swapping out electronics to a new, factory fit pickguard. (Custom pickguard manufacturing available by quote.)

Saddle replacement.

Gibson, Fender etc. (Partial or full Setup is required at additional cost.)

Full assembly. Custom parts guitar.

Re Glue or Replace Bridge.

Remove lifting bridge. Clean up surfaces. Re glue or replace original bridge. Includes a set up.

Handmade bridge.

$350 - Up

Handmade bridges may be necessary for vintage and odd bridge replacement. (Custom bridge manufacturing by quote.)

Bridge cracks.

$25 - $50

Bridge cracks across the bridge pin area are a weak point. Often caused by dry conditions. This can be strengthened by filling in the crack, reducing the chance of splitting further. 

Top, back & side crack repair.

$20 per inch

Re humidification is necessary. (Often the cause.) Once the crack is closed, it is glued. Cleating from the inside to reinforce & keep the crack from expanding. No finish touch up.

Re Glue or Replace Bracing

$40 - 120

Pickup & Pre amp system installation.

$75 - $150

Expand end pin hole to fit end pin jack. Adjust saddle height to accommodate under saddle pickup. Route cavity in the side of the guitar to fit pre amp. (If it applies.)
